Both you and our team will receive an email confirmation once your document has been successfully uploaded.

We are available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, however, we will check our e-mails at the weekends and we will do our best to meet your needs if you have an urgent deadline.

To ensure reliable delivery, please contact us using your official university email address only. We are unable to process enquiries sent from personal email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, or similar providers. If you have not received a response from us within two working hours on a weekday, please resend your message from your university email account.
